Mission
Citi Help Line is “to help those who cannot help themselves” because of lack of resources, lack of knowledge, out of fear and apprehension, or any other valid reason.
Vision
Citi Help Line will help create an environment of peace, security and justice for the citizens of Karachi, in particular, and for the whole of Pakistan, in general, by interacting with the relevant government and non-governmental agencies and by approaching the superior courts for relief and remedies wherever required.
Commitment
Citi Help Line is and will remain a public service, commonly known as civil society organization, and be managed as a non-governmental, non-political, non-sectarian, non-ethnic and non-profit establishment.
Citi Help Line will not seek financial resources, adopt black-hat tactics, immoral, unethical, illegal and treacherous methods and tactics to promote it and/or to promote the interests of the citizens.
Introduction
Citi Help Line, a public service project of the RMG Online Services, Inc, USA, is there to help those who cannot help themselves in Pakistan. Citi Help Line tops the America's No.1 Search Engine Yahoo! and is also indexed in Google, MSN and hundreds of search engines around the world.
Citi Help Line is basically a civil society organization to identify issues relating to the civil society in Pakistan, to find remedies and to provide relief to the aggrieved persons collectively.
Citi Help Line is determined to bring about change in the societal fabric for the collective benefit of the community. It will, therefore, focus on playing a vital role in bringing about structural changes rather than trouble-shooting for individual complaints. Individual complaints will, however, help us know the current issues of the citizens and to work out collective remedies with the competent authorities. There are already many a forums to handle individual complaints but probably none to bring about structural changes to improve the performance of the government agencies.
Citi Help Line invites people from all walks of life to post their comments on our blog site highlighting common issues and their proposed solutions. The objective of the Citi Help Line is to prevent rather than mitigate sufferings of the citizens of Pakistan. We believe that PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.
Citi Help Line is to keep a liaison with the law enforcement agencies, public utilities and city government including the Police, Rangers, CPLC, City District Government Karachi, KESC, SSGC, and KW&SB, Karachi. It will also engage itself in interacting with the federal and provincial governments, parliament and judiciary for relief and remedies for the people.
Citi Help Line has provided the contact numbers of the law enforcement agencies, public utilities, CDGK and emergency services on its website for immediate direct contact with the concerned organization.
